İade Şartları

Tam bir geri ödeme için teslimattan sonraki 7 gün içinde yeni, açılmamış ürünlerin çoğunu iade edebilirsiniz. İade de hatamızın bir sonucu (yanlış veya kusurlu bir öğe, vb) aldıysa biz de iade nakliye masraflarını ödeyeceğiz.

-Returns Policy

You may return the new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you do not like the fragrance or any other issues are not accepted for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

-International Orders

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we can only process and ship international orders every 3-5 days. Your orders will be delivered approximately in 7-10 days based on your location. Some countries have serious problems with shipping now. We thank you for your patience and understanding. .

-Domestic Orders

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Typically domestic orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt providing it has been received before 10 am PST. We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped out within 24 hrs, but we try our best to see that it does.

-I see that you ship to many different countries. Why don’t you ship to my country?

A. Unfortunately, there are certain countries to which we cannot ship due to either customs regulations or problems with delivery.

-Our Guarantee

We guarantee that your order arrives safely and with all new, original packaging. If, for some reason, your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately and we can make arrangements. Please notify us of any defect within 7 days of receiving your order, as anything outside this window may no longer be valid for replacement.
